ELKHORN (KMTV) — With Husker four-star offensive line commit Teddy Prochazka paving the way, Elkhorn South hopes to storm into the Class A playoffs yet again this season.
"That's our goal is playing football in November in Lincoln," said Prochazka. "Anything else is just not on our mind right now."
Guy Rosenberg's team has made the postseason each of the past nine years.
"Being a little kid you always watched those teams that we had in Class B make it to the state finals, get to Lincoln and that's what you wanted to do," said senior receiver Guy Hunt. "Now it's our chance to get it done and we just want to make that happen."
Elkhorn South opens the season Thursday against a Millard West team that knocked the Storm out of the playoffs last year.
