Scoreless until the second half, Millard North finally broke through in the opening round of the state soccer tournament on Wednesday afternoon, beating North Platte, 2-0 final.
The Mustangs will now face Millard West in the first girls' semifinal match Friday night at 6 p.m. at Morrison Stadium.
