OMAHA MARIAN VOLLEYBALL
The Crusaders have been one of the most dominant volleyball teams in Class A in recent years. During the 2017 season, Marian posted a 35-2 regular season record and followed that up by claiming the Crusaders' fourth state title in the past five years.
PAPILLION-LA VISTA SOFTBALL
The Monarchs cruised through the 2017 regular season, recording a 32-2 overall record. And then when the state tournament rolled around, Papio upped its performance even more, outscoring opponents 37-5 during the 2017 state softball tourney. As a result, the Monarchs took home the title for the first time since 2010.

ELKHORN GIRLS BASKETBALL
The Antlers turned in a historic 2017-18 campaign, as Elkhorn brought a 23-3 regular season record into the state tournament. The Antlers then capped off the season inside Pinnacle Bank Arena, winning Elkhorn's first state championship in Class B in 33 years.
MILLARD NORTH GIRLS SOCCER
For the Mustangs, it all came down to the state tournament. Millard North reached the final for the third straight time, and for the third year in a row, the Mustangs faced the same foe: Omaha Marian. But unlike 2016 and 2017 when Millard North finished runner-up, the Mustangs flipped the script and took home the state title in 2018.
