Greeley County Sheriff's office have confirmed a suspect involved in the break-in at the house of Jordan Foltz has been arrested on suspicion of another case.
The suspect has been identified as 38-year-old Scott Davis.
Davis was pulled over in York County on Sunday for suspicion of drunk driving. Davis was booked into the York County Jail.
Sheriff Dale Radcliff said deputies found items in Davis’ car that matched the description from the Foltz burglary, including a gas can with “Foltz” on it. There were also stolen items from a construction company in Greeley as well.
This is Davis’ third DUI offense; he was convicted in April of this year in South Dakota. Sheriff Radcliff said Davis is from Lennox, South Dakota. He did not tell officials why he was in the Greeley area.
Davis is being held on a $125,000 bond in York County. The Greeley County Sheriff’s Department still has charges pending.
