Save for a few days at the beginning of the pandemic, we've done everything in our power to keep Inner Rail Food Hall in operation since the crisis hit. Our incredible General Manager, Matt Taylor, worked tirelessly to find creative solutions to keep our vendors and the food hall in business, from launching an online ordering platform for takeout orders to personally running deliveries himself, developing meal deals and drink specials to attract more customers, taking our weekly music bingo event totally digital (every Thursday at 6:30pm on Zoom!) and taking his family out multiple times a week to distribute flyers to offices and residential buildings to promote the food hall's new offerings. We started out with only 2 of our total 10 vendors in operation, but word traveled about how hard Matt had been working to keep Inner Rail a safe and viable place for everyone to work, and that number slowly grew to 3 operating vendors, to 5, then to 8, and as of last week Inner Rail was back to having all 10 vendors all offering takeout! This is a really tough time to be running a communal dining space, and we're still navigating how best to reopen to dine-in service in the coming weeks, but with Matt's guidance we know that all our vendors, and all our guests, will always be taken care of.
