OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The upcoming school year in the fall is still uncertain. With some experts predicting a second spike of COVID-19 cases in the fall, parents are having to make tough decisions. Reporter Ruta Ulcinaite spoke to parents advocating for homeschooling while others hope school returns to normal.
