PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV) – The Omaha Storm Chasers will host a fireworks show and a Corn Belt League doubleheader on Friday, July 3 at Werner Park.
The Corn Belt League doubleheader gets under way at 6 p.m. when the Royal Blue Dogs face the Rail Riders. The Filthballers and Bombers follow at 8 p.m.
Both games will be seven innings. The Corn Belt League is an Omaha-area collegiate summer baseball league.
The fireworks show is slated for 10 p.m.
Fans will be encouraged to wear masks and capacity will be limited.
Bags brought into the ballpark must be clear and are subject to search before entering. Bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8" won’t be allowed in.
Tickets are $10 and will go on sale on Saturday, June 20 at 10:00 a.m. Call 402-738-5100 to order by phone or visit the Werner Park Ticket office between 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
