OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The two College World Series games scheduled for Tuesday will now be played on Wednesday because of rain.
The Louisville/Auburn contest will resume at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with the Cardinals leading the Tigers 4-1 in the top of the 5th inning. Gates to TD Ameritrade Park Omaha will open at 9 a.m. Central time.
Meanwhile, the winner's bracket game between Vanderbilt & Mississippi State will now be played 65 minutes following the conclusion of the Louisville/Auburn game on Wednesday.
The elimination game between Florida State and Texas Tech on Wednesday night is still scheduled for 6 p.m.
