OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — More than 63,000 Nebraskans took the driver's license exam in 2018.

Data shows a little more than 60 percent of those who took the exam passed. According to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles, it's typical for about 40 percent of those who take the exam to fail.

The most missed question in the driving exam pertains to distracted driving: "What it's asked, is how much more likely are people to be in a crash if they are distracted while they drive," said Director Rhonda Lam. "The correct answer is 23 more times likely. Many times people think it's much less than that."
