Winds will become gusty overnight as we cool in the lower 20s by Tuesday morning. Wind chills will range from 5 to 10 as we begin the day. The record low for Omaha on Halloween is 15, set in 1993.
We stay cold and sunny for Halloween, in the middle 30s, and it will be breezy. The coldest high temperature on record for Omaha on Halloween is 31, set in 1991.
By trick-or-treat, we will be falling back into the 20s and 30s with calmer winds, and clear skies.
A warming trend will begin Wednesday, as we warm back to near 50 degrees with sunshine.
Temperatures will rise even higher toward the second half of the workweek, warming in the mid 50s Thursday, and the lower 60s Friday.
A few clouds will return this weekend, but we stay dry and seasonal for early November, in the upper 50s.
