FREMONT, Neb. (KMTV) — A popular state park damaged by the flood is now open thanks to a major cleanup effort.
Most of Fremont Lakes State Park is now re-open. There are lower speed limits on some lakes, and barricades to keep you out of other areas where recovery work is still going on.
Park leaders pushed to meet their goal of opening on Wednesday.
