OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Today, the Nebraska Department of Transportation announced the reopening of West Dodge Road at 228th Street west of the Elkhorn River.
The flooding caused significant damage close to two miles of the highly traveled four-lane highway just outside the Omaha Metropolitan Area.
This section of West Dodge carries a daily traffic count of 25,000 annually and has been closed to through traffic since March 15, 2019.
