OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — 88Med was removed from the Douglas County Health Department's list of recommended coronavirus testing sites a few days ago, a department spokesperson said.
Many patients have told the county health department they've had trouble understanding the report with their test results, the spokesperson said. There have also been issues with reporting cases to the state.
The department has been working with 88Med for about a week to resolve the issues. The spokesperson said 88Med has been cooperative and is "highly motivated" to fix the problem.
KMTV reached out to 88 Med, who was not able to make available someone authorized to speak on behalf of the company. This story will be updated if they respond.
