As the Missouri River water level rises, cities along the banks are taking precautions.
In Omaha, the Parks and Rec Department has closed NP Dodge Park. Brook Bench, who heads the department, says the marina at the park is secure and able to withstand the projected cresting levels.
In Bellevue, officials are evacuating campers out of Haworth RV Park as a precaution. Campers say many other area RV parks are filling up.
The Elkhorn and Platte rivers are also experiencing high water levels.
