A judge set bond for the man who hopped the fence at Eppley Airfield and stole a pickup before ramming it into a Southwest Airlines jet.
The judge set Delario Koonce's bond at $50,000. Koonce is charged with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.
On Thursday, Omaha Police said Koonce, was acting erratic, stripped down, and eventually jumped a barbed wire fence onto the tarmac at Eppley Airfield. Authorities say he then found an unoccupied pick-up truck with the keys in it and tried to flee. That pickup ended up crashing into a Southwest flight that was boarding passengers, and severely damaged its landing gear.
