OMAHA. NEB. (KMTV) — We have some sad news from the Council Bluffs Police Department this morning. Willy the K9 has passed away.
The Council Bluffs Police Department said Willy was known as the Shaggy Dog. They say he was a hard worker and could shed better than anyone.
Willy retired from the force in 2016
