OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Just after 7 a.m., the Omaha Police Department responded to the report of what ended up being a fatal crash at 72nd and Western.

They say witnesses at the scene told officers that a northbound driver on a Harley Davidson ran a red light striking a vehicle that was entering the intersection. An off duty firefighter performed CPR on the motorcycle driver until medics arrived.

21-year-old Connor J. Frillman was pronounced dead after being transported to Bergen Mercy for his injuries.

Frillman was wearing a DOT approved helmet and alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
