Police arrested a man who's free on bond for a deadly DUI crash for the robbery of an Omaha drug store Monday morning.

Council Bluffs Police and the Iowa State Patrol stopped 28 year old Langston Perkins during a traffic stop.  Perkins is accused of holding up the Rexall Drugs store at 10th and Bancroft in Omaha just before 11 Monday morning.  Police say when they arrived they saw Perkins running from the store and he got into a vehicle and left the area. That vehicle was stopped in Council Bluffs a short time later.

Perkins faces charges in Douglas County of robbery, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and felon in possession of a firearm.  Perkins was arrested and charged with felony motor vehicle homicide for the hit and run crash which killed motorcyclist Fredy Reyes-Garcia near 24th and Woolworth last November. Prosecutors say Perkins had PCP in his system at the time of the crash.  Perkins was free on bond after pleading guilty March 8th to felony motor vehicle homicide. His sentencing on that charge is scheduled for June 8th
