OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Recently, USA Today held several polls where readers could vote for their favorite zoo and zoo attractions. Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo announced that the hometown favorite took top-ten honors in three different categories.
Here's a look at what honors Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo received:
Best Zoo Exhibit - 1st place for the Lied Jungle
Best Wildlife Park -1st place for the Wildlife Safari Park
Best Zoo - 2nd place
The Saint Louis Zoo was chosen as the nation's best.
