OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The coronavirus is not keeping the city from helping area kids stay cool this summer. Hydrant parties are back, but are slightly different this time around.
Everyone is asked to maintain social distance from those not in their household. The parties, which also help keep water lines clear for firefighters are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until the end of the month.
Tomorrow you can keep cool at 21st and Woolworth at noon, Woolworth and 52nd Ave. at 1:30 and at S street and 51st Ave.
