OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) says there's an emergency lane closure on Highway 31 southbound at the Blondo Parkway.
The closure will be in effect until further notice for pavement repairs on the left lane.
NDOT says to keep right and expect delays.
