Nebraska scores late to beat Purdue

Tanner Lee found Stanley Morgan for a 13-yard touchdown with 14 seconds left to give NU a 25-24 win against Purdue. Lee finished the game with 431 yards, two touchdowns while completing 32 of his 50 attempts. 

Nebraska opened up the scoring with a Drew Brown field goal on its first drive and that became a common them throughout the night. Brown converted four field goal attempts on NU's first four red zone trips. 

The Boilermakers answered Brown's first field goal with a touchdown by running back Richie Worship, who finished the night with 18 carries for 89 yards. 

Purdue quarterback David Blough would later run score from five yards out to give Purdue a 14-6 lead at the half. 

Early in the fourth quarter, Blough would strike again, this time finding Jackson Anthrop for a 14-yard score to make it 24-12. 

The Huskers responded with a two fourth quarter touchdown passes from Lee. The first, a 27-yard strike to Tyler Hoppes, who lead the way with a 105 receiving yards, and the second the game-winner to Morgan.
