Omaha Police are investigating a deadly crash that took the life of a woman.
A call into 911 alerted officers to the area of 144th and Ellison around 2:45 on Wednesday morning.
When crews arrived they found a white car in the ditch that appeared to hit a light pole. 25 year old Raelynn Preston of Omaha was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers blocked off the area for hours to investigate. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
