Omaha Police are conducting a shooting investigation Wednesday evening.
Police and medics were called to a home near 48th & Y in South Omaha just after 4 p.m. for a report of one person that had been shot. The victim was rushed to a hospital with CPR in progress.
Police have a roughly two block area of the neighborhood blocked off as they investigate and look for a suspect.
