Two people face felony charges after narcotics officers served a search warrant on a Northwest Omaha home.
On Saturday, officers searched a home near 147th and Ames as part of an on-going investigation.
Inside police found cocaine, marijuana, several items involved in the packaging, distribution and sales of narcotics, along with guns and several cartridges of ammunition.
19-year-old Trevor Aparo was arrested and charged with the possession and distribution of cocaine and marijuana.
On Tuesday, the homeowner 35-year-old Robert Pettit was arrested. Neighbors say it is a relief to finally get Pettit off their block.
"We were just always nervous about him and we were hoping that one day he would make a really bad choice and apparently he got caught and I hope he stays in jail for a really long time,” said a neighbor of Pettit.
19-year-old Trevor Aparo is out on Bail. Pettit is behind bars on multiple charges and being held on $125,000 bond.
