Omaha Police are investigating two armed robberies Sunday night.
Police were called to the Family Dollar at 24th and Leavenworth just before 9:30 p.m.. Employees told officers a man walked into the store, and demanded money at gunpoint. He then ran out of the store with the money in a southbound direction.
The second holdup happened around ten minutes later at the Burger King near 108th and Emmet. Employees say the suspect entered the restaurant and also pulled a gun and demanded money. The suspect also left in a southbound direction with an undetermined amount of money.
