Omaha Police arrested a man for a robbery at a HyVee grocery store earlier this month.
Police and the Metro Fugitive Task Force arrested 56 year old Larry Hart, Jr. near 90th and Burt Tuesday afternoon and booked him for robbery.
Officers were called to the HyVee at 79th and Cass just after 1 a.m. On Tuesday April 5th for a reported robbery. A store employee told officers that a man was filling a shopping basket with packs of cigarettes from behind the counter. When the employee confronted the suspect, the man pulled a knife. He then walked out of the store and left in a dark colored SUV.
