A bipartisan coalition of senators are working to enact legislation that'll help prevent sexual assaults on college campuses.
Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst of Iowa are sponsors of the Campus Accountability and Safety Act.
The legislation would reform the way colleges and universities address and report incidents of sexual assault along with the safeguards for both survivors and accused students.
This includes strengthening training standards for students.
