OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — An exclusive speaker series is raising money for the Ronald McDonald house.
The series, titled "OPEN," stands for "Omaha, Philanthropy, Education, and Networking."
Ron Carson spoke Wednesday night. Carson is the founder and CEO of the Carson Group, which serves Financial Advisors and Investors.
Raffle tickets and Merchandise were available at the speaker series, with all proceeds benefitting the Ronald McDonald House.
"We plan on doing this every two or three months, highlighting different speakers all over the city but we're also going to be highlighting local restaurants, breweries, and bars too, showcase what all Omaha has to offer to young professionals." Josh Brink said.
The first "OPEN" speaker series took place at Proof Whiskey Bar and Cocktails.
