Omaha street crews have completed repairs on west maple near 144th street where the street buckled Thursday afternoon due to the heat.
The eastbound two lanes of maple between 147th and 144th will remain closed until at least Saturday morning.
A detour has been posted.
Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert tweeted on Friday that repairs were completed and the street will reopen at 10 am Saturday,
