Omaha Police say two people were shot late Monday afternoon near Westroads Mall.
The shooting happened around 4:45 p.m. near 100th and Seward near the west side of the mall near Von Maur but not on the mall property. It's believed the suspect was in another vehicle. The victims drove to a house near 102nd and Seward where police were called. Both victims were taken to Nebraska Medicine.
One of the suspect cars was found in a driveway of a house at 102nd and Seward but police say it was just a random house the car stopped at.
Police did recover a gun outside the Von Maur store but police are not sure if it's related to the shooting.
