President Barack Obama left Omaha on a different plane that he arrived on.
While still technically referred to as Air Force One, the plane is a bit smaller. According to The White House, " Air Force One can describe any Air Force aircraft carrying the President".
Mr. Obama arrived on the plane most Americans are probably most familiar with, a customized Boeing 747-200B.

KMTV reporter Jake Wasikowski says officials tell him he departed Omaha on a C32 Boeing 757. Wasikowski reports that plane is often used by the First Lady or Vice President.
President Obama is heading off to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where the runway is reportedly much smaller than Offutt Air Force Base.
Pres now heads from Omaha to Baton Rouge where tomorrow he has a Town Meeting then and goes online for a Q&A on @twitter at 1130am/CT.
