Tomas Casillas was three years old when he was hit by a 16-year-old drunk driver. He suffered severe brain injuries and has spent the last 24 years in and out of hospitals.
Monday, a longtime dream of his came true. Tomas loves police officers and motorcycles. A group of Omaha traffic unit police officers, dropped by the CHI Health Immanuel Rehabilitation Institute to visit Tomas and surprise him.
