MASON, Ohio (KMTV) — The Creighton baseball team held on to beat Xavier, 9-8, to win the BIG EAST Baseball Tournament and advance to the NCAA Tournament.
The Jays got down early in a 3-0 hole but Jack Strunc's grand slam put CU ahead and they never trailed after that.
