Creighton's libero Brittany Witt earned BIG EAST Freshman of the Week after her performance last weekend. Witt averaged 4.71 digs, 1.29 assists and 0.43 aces per set in Creighton's wins over Villanova and Georgetown. She leads all BIG EAST freshman in digs (274) and digs per set (4.22) this season.
Creighton (12-6) hosts St John's on Friday at 7 p.m.
