The Nebraska football team released the following statement about Breon Dixon:
The NCAA has informed the Nebraska Athletic Department that sophomore linebacker Breon Dixon has been granted a waiver and will be immediately eligible to compete in the 2018-19 academic year. Dixon, a transfer from the University of Mississippi, has three seasons of eligibility remaining.
