Nebraska receiver Stanley Morgan, Junior is closing in on several Husker receiving records. The senior needs just four catches & 91 yards to break the career records in both categories currently held by Kenny Bell.
This week before the Big Red hosts Michigan State on Senior Day, Morgan took a moment to discuss the importance of those records.
"It's just a humble feeling," said Morgan. "Just to see all the hard work that I've been working for is coming to pay off for me. It's just a memorable moment for me and I'll never forget it for the rest of my life"
"The best part about Stan is he loves football," said head coach Scott Frost. "Everyday at practice he's got a smile. He's excited to do warmups to get ready to practice. There's always positive energy coming out of Stanley. You need that on your team. His enthusiasm is infectious."
