Reilly, the former walk-on, had 40 receptions for 754 yards and four touchdowns. Reilly played hero last season with his 30-yard game-winning touchdown catch against sixth-ranked Michigan State.
This is the second straight season Westerkamp was named to the Biletnikoff watch list. His 65 receptions for 918 yards last season totalled the second and third highest in school history respectively. Westerkamp also earned All- Big Ten honors in 2015.
Westerkamp and Reilly join four other Big Ten receivers on the watch list, including Indiana's Simmie Cobbs Jr., Michigan's Jehu Chesson and Penn State's Chris Godwin. Only four Big Ten receivers have ever received the award.
