Geo Baker hit the game-winning three for the Scarlet Knights with one second remaining.
Cam Mack scored 16 of his team-high 19 points in the 2nd half.
NU fell to 7-13 overall, 2-7 in the Big Ten. The Huskers host Michigan on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on ESPNU.
