Nebraska volleyball will leave Kansas City as national champions. The Huskers took down Florida 3-1, giving John Cook his fourth national championship and the fifth in school history.
The Huskers came out hot with a 25-22 win in the first set of the match with five kills from Mikaela Foecke.
Nebraska continued to roll in the second set coming out on top 25-17. Florida took control in the third, winning the set 25-18.
The Huskers took a 9-1 lead early in the fourth set and never looked back, winning the set 25-15 and the national title.
