On Friday evening on Fricke Field, Creighton Prep had the bats working in the Metro Tournament final against Millard West. The Junior Jays beat the Wildcats, 11-1 in five innings.
Creighton Prep blew the game open in the bottom of the 4th inning, plating six runs. Then, Prep's Dylan Phillips delivered the game-ending hit in the 5th inning, part of a three-run inning for the Junior Jays to end the game on the mercy rule.
