OMAHA (KMTV) — Omaha Roncalli offensive lineman Nolan Gorczyca is looking forward to playing next year at the University of Buffalo.
The six-foot-six Gorczyca committed last June.
The Bulls are led by former Nebraska and UNO assistant Lance Leipold.
"They know where I'm coming from," said Gorczyca. "They know that I, as a Midwest kid, it's going to be a little different than the guys in New York. So I'm happy about my decision. I'm happy that I'm at Buffalo and not having to wait for other things now."
"I think he's the total package," said Roncalli head coach Tom Kassing. "He's got things he can improve on. We're going to help him improve on things this year but he's definitely got the size, which is big for a Division I football player"
Roncalli plays at Elkhorn Mt. Michael on Friday.
