HAZARDS...A line of snow showers accompanied by winds of up to 50
MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a
mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 857 AM CST, snow showers were located
along a line extending from 3 miles east of Herman to 3 miles south
of Prague, moving southeast at 50 MPH.
