* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Iowa and east central, northeast,
and southeast Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may also be falling during strong winds,
and will further complicate travel conditions and visibilities.
