Wapello, Iowa, and Taylor.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Widespread rainfall amounts of 2 inches or more with locally
higher amounts of up to 4 inches possible.
